Due to the nature of our handmade and organic hair products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.


If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the damaged product.

Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
